I’m a full time licensed real estate broker and Realtor in the State of Oregon. I love working with both buyers and sellers in all price ranges from first time purchases to high-end luxury estates. I assist buyers and sellers throughout all of Lane County including riverfront and country properties

I’ve lived in Oregon over 30 years and have called Eugene my hometown for the past 15 years. I started my career in real estate in 2016, joining forces with a 40-year veteran of real estate. Together, our team consistently earned "Top-Producer" status and I was awarded "Rookie of the Year" at my brokerage. Today I lead the team, Erin Ralston Group.

Earlier in my career I spent 12 years managing a home décor retail store. This is where I first fell in love with interior decorating and all things houses! I have an eye for design and I LOVE assisting my seller clients with staging and preparing their home to market.

KELLY FONTAINE

I'm a licensed OR Real Estate Broker serving the Eugene/Springfield and surrounding areas. Having spent nearly 20 years as an executive in the music and entertainment industry working for such companies as The Walt Disney Company and Warner Bros (CNN), I have a great deal of experience in contract negotiations and managing large projects. My previous real estate experience includes my time as a licensed Realtor in Los Angeles, as well as, buying and selling personal properties (Arizona, Montana) and building a custom home. Since moving back to my hometown of Eugene, OR in 2021, I have helped clients buy and sell homes throughout the region. I take pride in ensuring my clients are confident, well informed and prepared for every transaction.
